5. Refund Policy

Both the Client and ourselves and our associates have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. The service from OrangoTV is a pay-as-you-go service and any started subscription type can not be refunded. All future payments can at any time be stopped under “my account” settings, this is the clients sole responsibility to cancel future payments under "my account" page settings. The livesupport or cancelations via e-mail can not be accepted, but login information can be provided for the client to cancel future payments. (or aided in the cancelation online) If any subscription-time is consumed/started the product is considered delivered to the client and are therefore not allegeable for refunds.
